On board
Surgical masks (without valves) are strongly recommended at the airport and on board our flights for passengers 6 years or older. Masks may be required depending on your destination or connection country. Please make sure to review the travel requirements for your trip.
- Our aircraft are equipped with an air recycling system consisting of HEPA «High Efficiency Particulate Air» filters identical to those used in operating theatres, which trap 99.9% of particles.
- The air in the cabin is therefore renewed every 3 minutes.
- Vacuuming of carpets and all seats, as well as head covers
- Cleaning and disinfection of all contact surfaces: trays, armrests, seat belts, entertainment screens, remote controls, headphones, overhead baggage racks, windows, door handles, etc.
- We disinfect headsets after each long-haul flight.
On our flights to and from mainland China, Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan, passengers will receive a sanitary kit by our crew. It includes a disinfectant wipe, a surgical mask, and hydroalcoholic gel.
Air filtration in cabins
Our aircraft are equipped with an air filtration system consisting of High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters identical to those used in hospital operating rooms. Cabin air is thus completely refreshed every 3 minutes. These filters eliminate more than 99.97% of bacteria and viruses, ensuring an excellent air quality in our cabins which fully complies with health standards.
